Amendment 1

In December of 1989, the first of two amendments to the Covenants, Declarations & Restrictions was registered in Beaufort County.  It sets restrictions on leasing within the community...effectively eliminating the option of leasing a home for less than a full year which since became the standard for Hilton Head Plantation.  Click here, then click View Image at the top of the Beaufort County site to see or download the document.
