Prestwick Court is an intimate enclave of just 15 homes nestled within the gated community of Hilton Head Plantation on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Established in 1987, Prestwick homeowners have maintained a Sub-Property Owners’ Association (Owners Association) to help preserve the street’s unique character and high standards.

While all homes in Hilton Head Plantation share its amenities and governance, Prestwick Development, Inc. added an extra layer of dedicated care for future residents. The Owners Association coordinates weekly landscaping (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, chemical treatments), maintains infrastructure, signage, and lighting, tends to common areas unique to our street, and handles occasional repairs or improvements that benefit only Prestwick Court homeowners—such as prioritized major storm cleanup.

As of June 2025, each homeowner pays an additional fee of $705 per quarter ($2,820 annually) to the Prestwick Court Owners Association. This is separate from, and in addition to, the Hilton Head Plantation POA fees. These funds sustain a modest reserve and are otherwise dedicated entirely to the upkeep, maintenance, and curb appeal of Prestwick Court. The Association currently has no management fees; its board consists solely of neighborhood volunteers elected at its annual meeting.
